If you have a Hill Walk, Climb, Cycle or Other Activity you would like included then why don't you plan it! Don't be frightened to do so, cos we’ll be delighted to help.  Just ask for assistance.  To include an event on this page please enter the details in the members area or email Irene Cahill with all the necessary details.

If your on our potential members list and need more information then please contact one of the committee via the contacts page.

Many of our members go out informally on a regular basis in small groups/car loads depending on weather conditions etc. with too short a notice to add to this events page. Therefore all members and potential members are advised to attend our club nights as often as they can to find out what's going on and do some networking!

For full contact details and route maps for each event please use the members area.

Please review the club Participation Statement for details on safety and responsibility on club events.

Thursday event has been added or changed in last 30 days 27/12/2018 Day walk Beinn Chuirn
Facebook Event Page
Though rather overshadowed by its great neighbour Ben Lui, Beinn Chuirn still offers an enjoyable hillwalk with some good views. Good track for approach; hill itself is pathless with boggy sections. 16km/706m ascent. Should take around 6 hours. Will need a reasonable level of hill fitness but if anyone doesn't want to do the hill itself there is always the option just do the walk out and back along the fairly level track to the foot of Ben Lui (approx 14km return). Route description at Meet at Dalrigh car park at 9.30am.
Saturday event has been added or changed in last 30 days 29/12/2018 Day walk Ben Venue
Facebook Event Page
Ben Venue may be small in stature but it is a mountain of real character, the finest in the Trossachs when seen across Loch Venachar, Loch Achray or Loch Katrine. The ascent is a great walk with both boggy and rocky ground higher up, and stunning views from the summit. 14km/725m ascent should take around 6 hours. Reasonable level of hill fitness required. Route description at Meet at car park at 9.30am.

And of course there are plenty of coffee shops/pubs at the harbour to round off the walk. Please feel free to bring along partners, children, dogs and any other hangers-on!
